Position Title: CAD Designer
Reports to: VP or Director of Engineering

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Assists Engineering with preparing drawings, models, incorporating changes to existing designs, and preparing documentation packages for release in accordance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for prototype and production releases. Assists with the selection of vendors and preparation of vendor specification documentation.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Associates degree or better in Drafting or CADD from an accredited college or university.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Candidates must have 5 years current experience as a draftsperson using Solidworks CAD software. Experience with documentation release generation knowledge, such as Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), is a must. Candidates must have 4 or more years experience with file maintenance, and/or familiarity with engineering documentation and electronic systems. Experience in development of Medical Device documentation is desirable.
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS: Candidates must be self-motivated and experienced in mechanical and electro-mechanical documentation to ASME Y14.3M and ASME Y14.5M standards. Ability to generate engineering documentation (manufacturing instructions, test protocols or reports, etc.) is a strong plus. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, and Excel. Must have computer literacy with an ability to learn and apply existing and new software applications as required. Candidate must have very good organization, attention to detail, and verbal and written communication skills.
Position Title: Manufacturing Engineer
Reports to: VP of Operations

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: As part of Operations organization supports development and manufacturing of medical devices in accordance with the US FDA requirements.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: BS Degree in Engineering or Biosciences.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: 3-5-years manufacturing experience in a US FDA or EU MDD regulated medical device or pharmaceutical company.
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS: Proficient with MS Office, MS Project, and SolidWorks. Exceptional interpersonal communication/correspondence, project management and documentation skills required.
Position Title: Machinist, Senior Machinist
Reports to: Machine Shop Manager

PURPOSE OF JOB: Machining and assembly of prototype devices.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: AA or equivalent in Machine Technology preferred.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Machinist - 4 to 6 years related experience in the medical device industry.
Sr Machinist – 6+ years related experience in the medical device industry
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS: Thorough working knowledge of the medical device industry is required. Knowledge of machining operations is required. Ability to read blueprints, engineering drawings and sketches, make essential computations required. Computer literacy is preferred. CNC experience preferred. SolidWorks experience preferred.
